I hope to see you soon, and we will talk face to face.

Oh, that you would rend the heavens and come down. … As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God? … I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you. … My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. … How my heart yearns within me!

But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ. … We wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ. … God our Savior and Christ Jesus our hope. … Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy. … Therefore you do not lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus Christ to be revealed.

Come quickly to help me. … Come quickly to my rescue. … Come quickly to help me, my Lord and my Savior. …  I call to you, LORD, come quickly. … Come, Lord!

He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. … Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. This is the Lord, we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation.
