Thanks for writing this Walt! My DH and I have always loved cooking together, and a couple years ago came across the book- The New Inter-Courses (an aphrodisiac cookbook) by Martha Hopkins and Randall Lockridge. Tonight’s menu? Pasta with Asparagus, Chicken, and Gorgonzola, Easy Strawberry Empanadas, and homemade death-by-chocolate ice cream. Win!
