Review of Vitamin C supplements finds high quality but a wide range in prices

Vitamin C may boost the immune system and is critical for maintaining healthy connective tissue, but do you need to take a supplement and, if so, how do you find one that is right for you and at the best price? recently tested dozens of vitamin C supplements for both adults and children.

Products were tested to determine if the amount of vitamin C was correct as labeled and if tablets properly disintegrated to release their ingredients.
