Red meat consumption linked to an increased risk of stroke

Reuters reports that, according to a study published online in Stroke, red meat consumption may be linked to an increased risk of stroke.
On the other hand, researchers found that poultry consumption may be linked to a lower risk of stroke.
The investigators came to these conclusions after looking at findings from two large health surveys.
