Is morning or afternoon exercise best?

Eat This, Not That reports, “Exercise can offer many benefits” at least “for people aged 50 and older.”

In particular, regular exercise reduced the risk of chronic issues like

  • heart disease,
  • diabetes,
  • arthritis,
  • high blood pressure,
  • stroke,
  • osteoporosis, and
  • Alzheimer’s disease.

Furthermore, “Morning exercise, in particular, may provide somewhat of an advantage, as research has shown it may be more effective for weight loss than exercising later, and it also may improve lower-body muscle strength and reduce abdominal fat and blood pressure in women.
