		<description>Great post Dr. Walt.  I think you could be on to something regarding the "morning people" getting better sleep.  I have always been just the opposite, a night person, but made good grades.

Recently I found that I have sleep apnea.  After about 2 weeks of the cpap treatment, I feel like a new person.  All of a sudden I am a "morning person".
