Bedtime routines improve kids’ sleep (as well as Mom’s mental health and the child’s school scores )
According to a just-released study, following a consistent bedtime routine improves infants’ and toddlers’ sleep patterns as well as their bedtime behaviors. Better yet, carrying out a regular bedtime routine also benefited mothers’ moods. More Information:
